GBMT offers a Total Project Delivery service, but is also happy to provide a design & build or construction-only service. They support clients with pre-construction services including project management, site appraisals, feasibility studies, risk profiling, surveying, ground investigations, geotechnical, civil & structural design, third-party design checks, pricing, programming, and contract structure/procurement routes. Their construction services include management, planning, programming, material specifications, quality planning, construction delivery, technical supervision, and temporary works coordination.
