This project involved the replacement of all windows and spandrel panels with new Smart System Alitherm 300 window system. Also the replacement of personnel doors to the main reception and warehouse with new Smart Systems Shopline Aluminium door sets. Also included preparation of the existing retained cladding to all elevations, including the inside face of parapets, together with flashings, cappings etc., and then applying SteelSeal repaint system by spray paint application.

Works to a 9 storey occupied building including replacement of existing steel crittal windows with Smarts Alitherm 47 system, restrictor hinges, colour matched stub cills and handles. Also jet washing of all stonework, application of LTP Products Grimex stone cleaner, brushing down of all stonework and stonework repairs as required to the façade, ensuring best possible colour match to the existing stone. Works were completed with minimum disruption to the tenants whilst in situ and the building's ground floor shops, businesses, and pavements in constant use throughout.
