Attended to supply and for new pump, additional works required to replace x 3 broken taps and exchange broken Motor Valve. All for a reasonable price. Kept informed of arrival time throughout the day, came equipped and had additional stock on board to undertake additional works which were required instead of returning allowing heating for 83 years young to be back on with little fuss, highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Late at night our boiler failed, I called Rikki the following day after finding him on here and he came within an hour, identified the problem, went and bought a part and came and fixed it. We were in big trouble as it was freezing temperatures and had a new born baby in the house so needed he repair urgently. Rikki helped us massively at such short notice. Will definitely use again!

We discovered a problem with our boiler which meant turning it off leaving us with no heating or hot water (in January). I called Rikki immediately and despite it being a Sunday he responded to let me know that he could come the following day which was a huge relief. He arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem and promptly ordered the part which he fitted the following day working until 6.30pm to get us back up and running… and warm again!
