Stone Parish Council Community Centre

The project included a large 250 person capacity hall, seminar room, large commercial kitchen and breakout dining space, washing facilities and was fully DDA compliant throughout. Sustainable technologies such as Mechanical ventilation heating and air-cooling system, solar PV panels, rainwater harvesting and provision for future electric vehicle charging points were also installed. There were several challenges on this site, which required collaboration with various authorities such as National Rail, KCC Highways and Thames Water.

Goldhurst Terrace Residential Apartments

Delivered 11 high-end residential apartments, with sophisticated features, including the installation of mist systems in multiple flats. Our works included the demolition of the existing block of flats, constructing the new building boundary to boundary with adjacent residential units. Specialised foundations and a meticulous underpinning sequencing were essential for the Victorian houses neighbouring the site. The project featured a sizeable basement housing three flats, while penthouse suite was equipped with dedicated lift access with a unique access code. This project required early planning and sequencing, as it required temporary road closures, for example during the crane de-rigging.
