We were asked to design an efficient heating system for one of the seminar rooms of this iconic grade II listed Victorian building. Existing low temperature hot water infrastructure was utlised to introduce a new underfloor heating circuit. New secondary pumps, associated controls and multi-zone leak detection systems were also installed and commissioned.

When a Japanese electronics manufacturer required a temperature and humidity control solution for their state of the art production facility, we worked in partnership with designers DCC Ltd. A new Air Handling Unit with DX cooling and heating was craned into position with treated air distributed via a perforated fabric duct within the facility.

As part of the Swiss Healthcare company's decarbonisation strategy, FOX Mechanical were tasked with removing any plant containing Ozone Depleting Gasses. After detailed design, we utilised R290 chillers to provide cooling to Comms Rooms and one of the UK's first Mitsubishi Electric R290 air-to-air split systems was used in the Security Lodge.

FOX Mechanical were appointed to carry out a Cat-A landlord upgrade in London's Square Mile. New Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF systems and Nuaire Heat Recovery Units were installed, along with new high-end WC facilities. Due to site constraints, condensing units were stripped and rebuilt within a purpose built enclosure on the roof.
