Designed by Alison Brooks Architects, this unique and complex project involved demolishing an old pool building and using the rubble to create an access track. The property as a whole won Grand Designs House of the Year award.
This project involved the demolition of an old side extension to the original cottage, followed by the construction of a large multi-level extension into the bank next to the property, with a large open-plan living room/link connecting the two.
A New Build project designed by Award Winning Architects Hall and Bednarczyk. The house is a timber and steel frame construction making maximum use of the internal space available.
A barn conversion where the roof was completely replaced to include solar panels feeding Tesla batteries. The exterior was meticulously repaired with original bricks and lime mortar, and the interior converted into a spacious 4-bedroom family home.
