The work was to plan, to cost and on time. The contractor dealt with complex plans and as we are long leaseholders in a Grade 2 listed building constructed mainly from concrete, the contractor liaised closely with the Corporation of London. He understands marble and stone to an expert degree, he showed tremendous attention to detail, scrupulously tidy, courteous and good company. His workers shared that politeness and work ethic.

Leonard did an excellent job to completely refurbish my bathroom. My bathroom looks 1000 times better than the previous one. The standard of workmanship is absolutely excellent. The tiles are perfectly lined up and grouted. The contractor cleaned up at the end of every day and all operatives were pleasant, efficient and skilled. He also has an extremely good eye for design.
