Established in 1947, Fegan Flooring Ltd is a third-generation family-owned business and one of Ireland's oldest and most experienced Terrazzo and polished concrete flooring specialists. They offer durable, hard-wearing, and seamless flooring solutions that can be customised to suit any desired look, making them a superior alternative to traditional tile floors. Their expertise extends to both renovations and new builds, providing cost-effective options by utilising existing concrete screed floors.

Using specialist diamond-tipped cutting machines, they transform concrete into a finished polished floor with a choice of sheen levels from satin to high-gloss. Terrazzo, with its Italian origins dating back to the 15th century, can incorporate various aggregates like coloured recycled glass or natural stones, offering myriad design possibilities. Fegan Flooring has completed numerous commercial and residential projects across Ireland.

Notable contracts include installations at the new Giants Causeway Visitors Centre and Malahide Castle Shopping Complex. They have also installed Terrazzo in prestigious venues such as the National Art Gallery in Dublin and the MAC Theatre in Belfast, and were even featured on the Grand Designs TV series 'House of the Year'. Their versatile materials can also be used for kitchen worktops, bathroom vanity tops, staircases, and even skimmed onto walls for a seamless waterproof finish.
