This comprehensive renovation project transformed a double-storey semi-detached property through a full ground floor refurbishment and a new rear extension. All internal ground floor walls were removed to create a bright, open-plan living space, supported by newly installed structural steelwork. The interior was stripped back to brick, allowing for complete replumbing and rewiring throughout the downstairs. A modern WC was added, and a brand-new kitchen was designed and installed as the heart of the new layout. The staircase was replaced to suit the updated design, and a new front porch was constructed to enhance the property's entrance and street presence. The result is a stylish, functional, and contemporary family home built for modern living.
Flat Renovation with Full Services Upgrade & UFH
This project involved the full internal refurbishment of a 10th-floor, three-bedroom flat, stripped back to brick for a complete transformation. All original plumbing, wiring, radiators, and flooring were removed and replaced with brand-new systems, including the installation of underfloor heating (UFH) throughout. A new floor screed was laid and finished with high-quality LVT flooring. The bathroom and WC were fully reconfigured with a new bathtub, shower tray, vanity unit, and sink, along with updated plumbing and electrics. All internal doors were cut and adjusted to suit the new floor levels, delivering a modern, energy-efficient living space with a sleek, high-spec finish.
