Envision offers expert MMC advice and facilitation to clients including Councils, Registered Providers, Welsh Housing Associations, and private entities, with the goal of increasing the supply of manufactured social and affordable homes.

The company collaborates closely with government agencies such as Homes England, the Environment Agency, and the Department of International Trade, as well as the Welsh Government, to ensure the delivery of high-quality manufactured homes that meet national targets. Envision facilitates the formation of expert teams, including architects, infrastructure engineers, project managers, and planning consultants, to successfully complete housing projects through early engagement and collaboration. They maintain a supply chain of over 200 manufacturers offering modular, panelised, and componentised solutions from the UK and Europe, capable of delivering between 1 and 1,000 dwellings.

Envision also actively engages in research and development, with a four-year industrial sponsorship with The University of Liverpool and collaborations with other universities and colleges on MMC-related R&D projects.
