A comprehensive renovation involving the sensitive restoration of a classic London red-brick facade, paired with a bold, contemporary internal reconfiguration. The project preserved the soul of the period property while integrating high-spec modern technology and luxury materiality, resulting in a seamless transition between 19th-century charm and 21st-century sophistication. Features include Arabescato Marble countertops, custom fluted joinery, integrated high-performance appliances, oversized skylights, a modern glass-railing staircase, oak herringbone flooring, and flush-threshold sliding glass doors connecting to a landscaped garden. The primary suite includes bespoke wardrobes, technical lighting, and a spa-inspired bathroom with Zellige-style tiling.
