Red House
East Dulwich
A three-storey, three-bedroom end-of-terrace house on an awkwardly shaped infill site, featuring a design that borrows from Victorian vernacular while remaining firmly rooted in the 21st century. It includes a red brick façade, patterned concrete panels, super-slim concrete profiles, and a rear courtyard. Elite Designers' input comprised the design of the steel frame, concrete retaining walls, foundations, lintels, and walls, as well as the coordination of structural aspects.
