About from company website

Dorchester Living, the property development arm of Dorchester Regeneration, was founded in 1996 and has over thirty years of experience in property development, having advised and funded many large development projects run by national house builders. We specialise in brownfield regeneration, transforming previously developed land into dynamic new places, and future-proof development, building places for generations to come. Our focus is on place-making, creating spaces where people want to live, work, and grow, with sustainability at the core of our approach, reducing environmental impact through energy-efficient design and green infrastructure.

We believe that successful regeneration projects are built with the local community and its future in mind. By investing in new facilities, housing, commercial spaces and amenities, we develop high-quality places to live and work, supporting local people and businesses while improving quality of life. We are committed to considering the environment in everything we do, reducing our environmental footprint through better design and careful material choices to create cleaner and greener places.

At Dorchester, we are proud of the reputation we have built over the last thirty years, and of our people, our culture and our aspirations. With each development we are involved in, we aim to improve people's lives and their living environment. Our principles are forward-thinking vision and community-focused development, building future-proof destinations for all to call home.

We pride ourselves on distinction, quality of being excellent, different, and special; visionary, forward-thinking and innovative approaches; collaboration, working together to create exemplar projects; and being conscientious, mindful of our social and environmental impact.
