DJ Kelly Construction LTD was established in 2000 as Kelly Construction, by Dessy Kelly, as a Sole Trader; and became incorporated in 2020. We are a small friendly family run business, and have built the brand over the years by availing of various opportunities for growth and progression. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) since 2008, and can provide up to a 10 year warranty.

As a 'Trusted Trader' with GABLE (a Shelter NI Project) we tender for and complete NIHE grant works regularly, meeting their rigorous standards. In recent years we have enjoyed good working relationships with larger local construction companies and were awarded several joinery contracts in large social housing developments locally. We are compliant with all policies and procedures in place and provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements as and when required.

Some of our larger recent projects include conversion of a former Public House to 6 no. Apartments; Conversion of a former KFC building to a Gospel Hall; and a cul-de-sac of 4 no. semi-detached houses and associated site works from a greenfield site.

Under CDM NI Regulations 2016, we were appointed the Principal Contractor and worked closely with the project delivery team, designers and sub-contractors, through the Construction Phase Plan provided; ensuring clear and timely communication throughout. We pride ourselves in our professional high quality standards and finishes and the consequent high customer satisfaction rates. We offer a range of services including New Builds, Domestic Extensions, NIHE Grant works, and Renovations and alterations.
