Dig-Geotech Limited is an independent Geotechnical & Geoenvironmental engineering consultancy established in 2005 by Dr David Grant. With nearly 30 years of practical ground engineering experience, an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, and a PhD related to landslide instrumentation & investigation, David leads a team providing specialist advice to landowners & their agents, architects, developers, and other construction-related professionals. Our services encompass geotechnical consultancy and design advice, contaminated land desk studies, site assessments and remediation proposals, slope stability investigations, analyses and remedial works designs, earthworks designs including modification and stabilisation with lime and/or cement, site investigations & laboratory testing, and foundation design & other geotechnical analyses.
We are based in south Somerset, close to the Dorset border, with a subsidiary office near Portsmouth, and undertake projects anywhere in the UK, Ireland & mainland Europe. As sub-consultants, we have also worked in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and West Africa.
