RG Carter Construction contracted DF Groundworks Ltd to complete the works for a brand new Premier Inn in Southampton City Centre. The project has regenerated this part of the city, with a modern building. The hotel consists of 146 bedrooms and a 132-seater restaurant, covering 6 stories. The site was originally Southampton Park Hotel and situated on a busy main round around the centre of Southampton. On this site, our team had limited space in which to work, due to the surrounding buildings and main road, but they worked hard to overcome this. We supported RG Carter by remaining on schedule and delivering a high-quality standard of work.

Peake Meadows
Goch Way, Andover
Foreman Homes contracted DF Groundworks Ltd to complete the groundworks for a brand-new housing estate in Andover. The project comprises 77 new houses; a mixture of 3-bed semi-detached houses and 4- and 5-bed detached houses. Work commenced on-site in April 2017. We have been solely responsible for S278 works, sewers and services.
