Knocked down the wall between the dining area and the kitchen, updated the stairway with new bannisters and understairs storage. Client wanted a modern, open plan kitchen with a bar area, island with breakfast bar, larder units and a tambour door.

Knocked down the wall separating the toilet and bricked up the door to create a large, bright room. Client needed a separate shower which is now where the original toilet door was. Turned the toilet 90 degrees and installed a basin unit.

Complete renovation, creating a modern bathroom. Installed a separate shower and freestanding bath with nook in the feature wall. Used Crosswater for the toilet, shower tray and door, shower valve and basin tap. Eastbrook for the matt anthracite heated towel rail and freestanding unit.

Created a large walk in shower with a nook for storing shampoo bottles. Used Breccia Adige Grey stone from RAK Ceramics for the shower area walls and a 1800x1000mm shower tray from Kinedo. Mirror and towel rail from Eastbrook.
Blue shaker style units look stunning. Worktops by Cimstone in Blanco. Neff appliances. Kitchen tap by Perrin & Rowe and a ceramic sink by Caple.
Suggested turning the toilet 90 degrees to give more space and used the Denver basin and furniture from Calypso in Graphite Grey in the Brecon range. Shower screen and all brassware is from Crosswater.
