Derry Building Services (DBS) is a specialist Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractor operating nationally from offices in Newark, Birmingham, and Newcastle. With extensive experience across various industry sectors, including schools, colleges, universities, leisure complexes, film studios, offices, hotels, and R&D facilities, DBS is committed to building strong and lasting relationships through continuity of service from the first estimate to final handover. The company employs over fifty-five highly experienced Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers, Estimators, and CAD Engineers who leverage advanced engineering and computer-aided design technology, including Auto-Cad, Amtech, Relux, Hevacomp, and IES Simulation Software.
