Delma Engineering UK Ltd was established at the end of 2017 as a sub-holding company to develop the strategic hub of ICM Group's foreign activities. The company's share capital is held by ICM (55%) and Simest SpA (45%). ICM transferred its controlling interests in foreign legal entities to Delma Engineering UK Ltd, including Delma Middle East Enterprises (Qatar), Independent Construction Group Muscatt Ilc (Oman), and ICM USA Ilc (USA).
The ICM Group has origins dating back to 1921. From the Fifties to the Seventies, the company acquired works in both public and private sectors and developed industrial initiatives related to the construction industry. In 1976, the company's scope extended abroad with the incorporation of Delma and the acquisition of important works in extra-UE countries.
