Installing a new old stock brick walls, custom made scaffold board flooring, lighting and furniture to meet the clients brief. This project also involved the design and installation of new electrical services and a complex air conditioning system as there was no outside space for the condenser.

Capitol way is a large new build development in Colindale, North London. Deasy management was selected as the contractor to carry out the fitout work to the shell and core property. Works included, dividing the space with new stud walls, drylining works full design of M&E services (Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Heating and Ventilation). Design and fit out of accessible WC and Kids WC. We have since continued to carry out ongoing maintenance for the incoming tenants.
