Dalcon Limited is a privately-owned civil engineering and ground works company established in July 2007. We offer a range of services to suit any new build construction including private and social housing, healthcare buildings, new schools and industrial and commercial developments with values currently ranging from £100k to £3m. Our main clients who we carry out repeat work for are Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd, Morgan Sindall, Morrison Construction, Kier Construction and BAM Construction. The directors have a wealth of experience within the construction and civil engineering industry and have been instrumental in developing the company's growth and reputation as a leading groundworks contractor with the workforce and turnover steadily increasing year on year.

Dalcon's ethos is to be self-sufficient and invest in the operative training and construction plant. In doing so we believe we have greater control over safety, quality and programme requirements of our clients. All operatives are directly employed and are provided with the relevant training. All our operatives are CSCS qualified and hold the relevant CPCS cards for the operation of plant.

All site supervisors have attained the CITB Site Supervisors or Site Managers safety qualification. We consider ourselves to be able to offer professional expertise in a proactive, non-contractual approach which will contribute to the success of each project from an early stage, this is demonstrated by the repeat business we receive from satisfied clients. We provide a service for the Central belt and West of Scotland. Our engineers work with the latest surveying equipment and are able to produce 3D ground models to calculate volumes and can assist in developing the most efficient cut and fill for any job.

We own the majority of our own plant ranging from 20t excavators to 1t excavators, 9t dumpers to 1t dumpers and all small plant which can be supplemented with additional plant and equipment to suit our client's needs.
