Extensive rebuild including adding 3 metres to the entire back of the house, transforming it from a basic 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom to a five bedroom, 2 en-suite home. The workforce was polite, helpful, and understood their jobs. Sub-contractors were closely controlled.
