CW Roofing Ltd (CWR) was founded by Chris Hawkes and Wayne Gibbs, who bring over 22 years of experience from the UK's largest roof tiling company. They aim to provide a more personal service, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and their workforce. The company emphasizes high standards of workmanship, safety, and timely delivery within budget.

CWR works closely with the Welsh National Roof Training Group to ensure all staff and subcontractors are up-to-date with Health & Safety accreditations and undergo regular personal development courses. All staff are CSCS registered and trained to the highest level, with a successful apprenticeship scheme in place. The company is centrally located in Bridgend, serving South and West Wales.

Specialising in new build roofing, refurbishment, single ply, lead, and Solar PV, CWR caters to both large national house builders and domestic self-build projects. They offer a dedicated Customer Care Team to ensure attention to detail and client satisfaction. Their services include Tiling, Slating, Flat Roofing, and MCS accredited Solar PV installations, often using Marley SolarTile® for an integrated and aesthetically pleasing solution.
