Curated Makers acts as a bridge between big and small businesses, filling voids on the high street by building inspiring spaces that showcase limited, sustainable, and thoughtful goods. Devoted to connecting UK shoppers with makers, artists, and designers from their region, the company celebrates creativity, honesty, and ambition. Founded in November 2017 by Megan Jones, Curated Makers began as a market stall featuring products from four local makers.

It has since evolved into an award-winning, pop-up retail business with stand-alone stores, concessions within major high-street retailers, and its own markets across the UK. The company's mission is to 'Add Soul to Shopping' by bringing character and independence to UK high streets, and to 'Champion Creativity' by providing accessible retail platforms for makers, artists, and designers. They also aim to 'Make It Simple to Shop Small' by offering in-person shopping experiences that highlight unique, sustainable, and locally made products.

Co-founder Tom, an experienced joiner, designs and builds the company's fixtures and display props in-house, ensuring a consistent brand aesthetic. Curated Makers offers various services, including 'Curated for Corporate', providing custom gift experiences for businesses by sourcing unique, locally created gifts. They also offer 'Own Stores', 'Concessions' within existing retailers, and 'Markets' in high-footfall locations.

Their workshop, led by Tom, crafts bespoke fixtures, full shop fit-outs, pop-up stands, and retail props for makers, focusing on sustainable and timeless designs.
