Warwick Court
As the main contractor for the Warwick Court project, we are committed to enhancing the safety and security of the building by replacing the flammable cladding with a fire-safe alternative.
Knott Mill
Fire Refurbishment to rectify the existing cladding works. We are replacing the zinc using Nedsinc Neo from Metal Solutions with a non combustible insulation infil. Works are expected to complete by the end of 2024.
Stillwater Drive
The Stillwater Drive Re-clad Project was completed post Grenfell due to the existing cladding and render structures identifying as areas of concern. Cubic Facades were appointed as principal contractor to remediate the building to the correct fire standards.
Tobacco Warehouse
The Tobacco warehouse was a fire remediation project, removing the existing cladding, existing supporting structure and insulations due to products preventing the properties from achieving EWS1 certification.
Talbot Road
Working as a subcontractor to the principal contractor, we were contracted to complete the rainscreen facade at The Holiday Inn Hotel on Talbot Road, a testament to both tradition and modernity.
BHS
Stockport town centre
We recently finished the renovation of the old BHS in Stockport town centre. The retail units are now adorned with aluminium cassette panels by Genius Facades, giving them a more modern appearance.
Jewish Museum
Manchester
The cladding works at Manchester Jewish Museum have transformed its facade into a striking piece of architectural artistry. The project features the use of corten steel, a material renowned for its distinctive weathered appearance and durability.

Chester
We are delighted with the results of the cladding and roofing works at The Moxy Hotel, Chester. Cladding works are Fundermax and Marley, and the roof is a white single ply. We absolutely love the tapered window pods as you can see on this image.

We have recently completed the cladding and roof package at the prestigious Strawberry Fields site in Liverpool. Inspired by John Lennon and The Beatles, this old children's home is being transformed into a heritage centre for The Salvation Army. We are so proud to have been involved in such a sensitive project.
