Numerous Residential Schemes
From 2023 to 2024 CSI Compass partnered with ARJ Construction to provide commissioning management on all of their residential developments. The schemes varied in size and complexity ranging including multiple blocks, commercial spaces and sizes in excess of 100 units per block. The relationship was successful until ARJ went into administration, since then CSI Compass have been re-engaged by numerous end clients to complete the schemes.

St William Kings Road Park
King's Road Park is the last project of its scale in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area. Creating over 1,800 homes, restoring two Grade II listed buildings and providing 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and offices. CSI Compass undertook commissioning management duties on behalf of Price Building Services.
