Founded in 1946 by Jack Brotherton-Ratcliffe, Croudace Homes is a privately owned housebuilding company operating throughout the South East of England. We build high-quality homes to suit the needs, aspirations and finances of a broad range of households, from affordable starter homes to luxury family residences. We have a dedicated Customer Care team committed to ensuring our customers receive a peerless service. Every Croudace customer is provided with comprehensive care and emergency breakdown services for two years after legal completion, and every Croudace-built home is covered by a 10-year NHBC Buildmark warranty.
