The founder's father, Colin Creed, along with his business partner Tony Hiller, established and nurtured Hillreed Homes from the early seventies until its sale in 2012. Creed Developments aims to create beautiful homes while caring for the environment. They understand that moving can be a difficult time and strive to provide a seamless, stress-free service from first viewing to completion.

They set completion dates early in the process and aim to adhere to them. Their houses are finished to a high specification, including best-in-class kitchen furniture, worktops, bathroom products, and tiles, with early reservation allowing buyers to choose colours and finishes.
