Corrous delivered a fully managed, inspection-led remediation programme, including mechanical removal of failed coating systems, 7,000 PSI ultra-high-pressure water jetting for surface preparation, assessment and mapping of underfilm corrosion progression, surface profiling, feather edging, and reinstatement preparation, continuous atmospheric monitoring throughout the works, application of a high-performance epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat system with broadcast bauxite aggregate, and full QA/QC inspection oversight and documentation control.
