Cooper Clarke was established in 1996 to specialise in the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of properties which include residential housing, social housing, educational establishments, Government buildings and Hospitals. We have become a leading company in understanding and fulfilling client requirements in these areas with excellent liaison, production and aftercare. As approved BM Trada fire door installers, we provide Passive Fire Protection certified by BM Trada.

We are passionate about health & safety and proud to demonstrate our competence, being certified by a number of accreditors including Construction Line Gold, Safe Contractor PAS91, CHAS, SSIP Acclaim, FMB and ISO 9001:2015. We have extensive experience of conducting work in NHS properties which require the upmost care and professionalism, dealing in very sensitive areas such as Mental Health, Forensics and High-Profile Criminal Patients often on live wards, which has become a specialism of ours, allowing us to become one of the leading construction companies in this field. We also have experience with Hastoe Housing Group, undertaking works such as removing asbestos from multiple residential blocks and installing new horizontal fire compartmentation.
