Constructs South West was formed in 2013 after over 15 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Initially working with local Main Contractors, the company quickly established a reputation for high-quality trades and reliability. By 2015, Constructs South West achieved BM Trada, Q Mark accreditation for fire door installations, focusing heavily on audit processes to provide customers with re-assurance.

Over the years, the company has built strong relationships with key clients such as McCarthy & Stone, Willmott Dixon, EG Carter, and Galliford Try Partnerships, undertaking numerous projects across residential, commercial, and housing sectors. In 2021, Constructs South West undertook complete cladding systems, trialling new pre-finished rendered boards due to their recognised eye for detail and quality installations.
