Founded in 1987 by James Hartley in the heart of London, Construction Company Ltd began as a modest outfit of ten tradespeople with an outsized ambition: to build structures that define communities. Today, our 300-strong team works across England, Scotland and Wales on projects ranging from landmark commercial towers to sensitive heritage restorations. We hold CSCS, CITB, ISO 9001 and Constructionline Gold accreditations.
