Conqueror Construction Ltd was formed in early 2018 by Steve Hills and Steve Parkes, bringing over 40 years of combined industry experience to the construction sector. The company specialises in high-quality residential and commercial refurbishment, structural alterations, and general building works. They possess strong technical knowledge across traditional and modern construction methods, coupled with practical understanding of building behaviour and performance.

Over time, their practical experience has naturally developed into a strong working knowledge of building pathology, enabling them to identify, interpret, and resolve common and complex building defects. This includes issues such as structural cracking, moisture ingress, damp-related defects, condensation, ventilation, masonry deterioration, and construction detailing failures. They regularly collaborate with architects, structural engineers, Building Control officers, and conservation professionals.
