Compton and Casburn Ltd is a family business based just outside Cambridge, with over 45 years of trading experience. Founded by Leigh Compton's father and a friend, the company has grown with Leigh now leading with over 20 years of experience. They specialize in all aspects of plastering, cornice work, screeding, and floor and wall tiling.

Serving both domestic and commercial sectors, Compton and Casburn Ltd operates primarily in Cambridgeshire but has also undertaken projects in Suffolk, Essex, and Bedfordshire. Their project portfolio includes work at notable locations such as Center Parcs, Colchester, Addenbrookes Hospital, various RAF bases, Newmarket Racecourse, leisure centres, and Cambridge Colleges. They also provide maintenance works for Cambridge City Council and numerous private residences.

The company offers a comprehensive range of plastering services, including skimming, rendering, plasterboarding, coving, internal hardwall, and damp-proof render. They also provide external sand and cement rendering and Monocouche rendering. For tiling, they supply and fit all types of wall and floor tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, and quarry tiles, and can also supply and fit Ditra matting and self-levelling latex.

They also undertake cornice and stucco work, making items to order to match existing features, and can supply and fit ceiling roses.
