CM Fit-Out delivered a demolition, construction and fit-out project for popular hospitality complex, The Olderfleet Bar. Our team carried out all demolition as well as the construction of an extension and associated woodwork and panelling. This project involved the manufacture of new bar and timber windows as well as all electrical, painting and tiling.
Larne
CM Fit-Out led the refurbishment of Coast in Larne. Our skilled team oversaw the demolition of several walls, and the installation of six wall-to-ceiling windows which transformed the space. We designed, manufactured and installed a new bar area, as well as installing a King post truss system to open-up the ceiling. CM Fit-Out were responsible for tiling, panelling and painting as well as the fitting of a luxury floor throughout.
Carlow
CM Fit-Out re-designed the interior of O'Loughlin's in Carlow, maintaining character while giving it a contemporary feel. We stripped out the existing bar, and manufactured and installed a new front and back counter. We installed reclaimed parquet flooring and fitted rustic timber cladding to the walls. Our specialists manufactured old style door dividers to enhance the character of the features. CM-Fit out was responsible for all electrical and painting throughout the tenure of this project.
