Climatix Group is a HVAC Installation, Servicing & Maintenance contractor based in Yorkshire, specialising in Mechanical Services. We design, install, maintain and repair all heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning services, with a mission to provide "Excellence in building services engineering". From our head office in Yorkshire, we serve Leeds, York, and the wider North of England. We are accredited by the Building & Engineering Services Association, Gas Safe Register, CHAS, REFCOM, and Safe Contractor. Our services encompass planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts, reactive breakdown and repair, commercial heating system design and installation (including gas boilers and heat pumps), air conditioning (VRF, split, multi-split systems), and ventilation (MEV, MVHR).

We also undertake mechanical installation projects, from design and BIM coordination to commissioning, and provide TM44 inspections for air conditioning systems. We work across various sectors including car showrooms, healthcare services, hospitality and leisure, office spaces, warehousing and logistics, and residential services. Our approach is to provide bespoke, efficient solutions tailored to client needs, regardless of project size or complexity.
