Undertook the reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure for the Paterson Redevelopment Project. The 10-storey building basement level was designed to include more than 113,300 square feet of laboratory and research space, spread over four floors, along with 92,000 sq. ft of consultant workspace. Integrated Health Projects, the joint venture between Vinci and Sir Robert McAlpine, operated as the main contractor for The Christie's £150m Paterson Building scheme.

Civil Engineering - Lostock Energy Plant
Initially appointed to deliver the earthworks and reinforced concrete package, Cidon took over as Principal Contractor for the civils works in early 2022, contracting directly with LSEP. The scheme comprises fifteen structures, including key facilities such as the waste bunker, boiler hall, turbine hall, tipping hall, and other associated buildings. The project involves placing 22,000m³ of concrete and 4,000 tonnes of reinforcement throughout the site.
