Wirral Growth is an upcoming ambitious development located in Birkenhead. The 15-year development scheme will ultimately comprise of over 1.5 million square feet of floorspace, both commercial and residential, across ten plots. Our scope of works included delivering a fully remediated site, providing the necessary factual verification reports of the works completed. Deep drainage, including a 7m deep connection into a live sewer and in-situ construction of a concrete retaining wall along an existing river bank.
