Charter Facades supplied and installed all external façade elements, including curtain wall systems, cladding, fire stop specialist services, abseiling, setting out engineers, protection supply, roof plantroom cladding, terrace curtain walling, raised planters, and terrace seating. At ground floor level, they installed retail front curtain walls, arcade timber slatted cladding, soffits, and all doors. The project involved offsite visual and performance mock-ups and a 6-month phase at the Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction.
