Restored functionality to site's water system and fire safety infrastructure by installing a temporary overland supply, creating a dedicated connection to two fire tanks, and managing all applications with local authorities. The works were completed within seven working days.

A small supply pipe replacement (10m) for a customer who had a large leak causing pressure issues inside the property, with no water upstairs. We completed the repair using our impact mole. We dug either ends of the pipework and moled a new supply, minimising the disruption and reinstatement to the customers property.
Brand new external stoptap install for our NAV client. We have carried out many of these as the old boxes are splitting in the centre. We are replacing for new stoptaps and installing new AMR meters at the same time.
We completed a step test for our NAV client. We drew up and completed RAMS for the specific task. The customer was losing over £25k a year in leakage alone. We completed the steptest and found the leak, resolving it that night and saving the client lots of money, to reinvest in the network.
