Our Storage Boiler is an electric boiler with integrated thermal storage and intelligent controls, designed for rapid installation and easy integration into existing steam systems. It offers a practical path to affordable industrial steam decarbonisation, relevant across all steam-using sectors including food and beverage, brewing, distilling, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and paper and packaging. We offer a turnkey solution, providing the complete Storage Boiler including proprietary heat cells, water treatment, and power systems.

The system can be scaled to meet the requirements of almost any site, and in retrofit installations, it supplies steam into the existing header, with existing gas, oil or LPG boilers remaining for backup or peaks. We provide detailed analysis to model heat demand, assess integration with existing setups, and discuss system design, ensuring clear options with trade-offs in capex, opex, and emissions reduction.
