A comprehensive transformation of a detached property, combining a single storey wrap-around extension with a full internal renovation to deliver a spacious, high-spec family home. The project involved major structural alterations, including the removal of the internal chimney, a load-bearing wall, and the rear section of the property to form a large, open-plan kitchen and living area. The new extension has been carefully designed to enhance both functionality and flow, incorporating a garage, utility space, and a significantly expanded kitchen. Internally, the property was fully stripped back and rebuilt throughout. All new internal finishes were installed, including doors, skirting, coving, and freshly plastered walls, alongside new external windows and doors to improve both appearance and performance.
