Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School
Extension and complete refurbishment of existing kitchen. Including new store room and staff WC and changing area. New M&E, new commercial kitchen including extract canopy were installed. As part of this project the incoming electrical supply was upgraded to take the extra load required, this included liaising with utilities suppliers, new distribution equipment installed and upgrading of some of the existing distribution and rationalizing of circuits.

The Stables
Demolition of 75% of the old Stables block. Construction of a new two storey stone built extension and English oak frame double height entrance. The property was re roofed utilising the existing slates on the elevation facing the road to maintain the appearance of existing structure and incorporating built in PV solar panels with battery storage. Underfloor heating was fitted throughout with an energy efficient air source heat pump along with high spec insulation and glazing to ensure the property stays warm with minimal amount of energy input.
