This design and build project was a shell and core construction of a new café in a commercial park in High Wycombe. With a contract period of only 19 weeks it enabled Brennan to demonstrate its strength in delivering projects with a tight turnaround time. The project involved a high level of M & E co-ordination with visible M&E works in the ceiling space.

The site on Goulston Street sits between a hotel and a residential block, making access and logistics particularly difficult. Working closely with our neighbours, we developed a management plan to ensure we could complete the programme whilst minimizing any disruption.

Autolus are building a leading biotechnology company focussed on the development and commercialisation of engineered T-cell therapies for haematological and solid tumours. Brennan was contracted to construct Building C of the Scale Space Development on the Wood Lane site for Imperial College. The shell and core construction comprised a new steel-framed, metal-clad, open-plan four-storey office and amenity core building, attached to Building B on the north elevation.
