Bramall Homes is a building company based near Wadhurst, East Sussex, working across the county and over the Kent border. Henry Bramall started the company after a career in commercial building services and the water industry, working from trainee commissioning manager on £100m projects up to project engineer delivering multiple schemes at once, on time and on budget. That background shapes how we build: programmes that are written down and reported against, procurement done early, health and safety run properly, and one person answerable for the job from first visit to handover.

We deliberately keep the business small. A limited number of projects run at once, each with a member of the team directly involved, so quality does not depend on whichever subcontractor happened to turn up. We take on a limited number of projects at one time, meaning the person quoting and pricing the work is the same person there to answer your questions every week until handover.

A great team led by Henry Bramall, a project engineer by background, he moved from large commercial sites to residential building. Working with Aaron Noakes managing our sites and Vikki Cordeux running the office. Whether you are planning a bespoke new home, a major extension or a whole house refurbishment, one team takes it from first drawing to final finish.

Every project runs through The Yard, our own project management platform: programme, drawings, site diary, variations and payments in one place, visible to the client throughout the build. We provide a written proposal with project scope, cost breakdown and programme of works before any tools are lifted. Once the work starts, we provide weekly updates.
