The new Eolas ICT Hub at Maynooth University comprises teaching and administrative areas over 4 floors. Designed by Coady Architects, the ICT Hub was to be the largest building on campus, reflecting its landmark significance as a long term investment for the university.

This new apartment complex in North Dublin contains 124 apartments in a mixture of 1 and 2 bedrooms spread across 6 stories. It is based on a very tight site, necessitating an underground car park.
AIB Bank Headquarters

This project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing headquarters building of AIB Bank, on Ann Street, Belfast. This would rationalise their existing office use to the ground, first and second floors, leaving the upper floors vacant for a future tenant.
