The Client had insufficient storage due to unforeseen circumstances and only 12 weeks window to solve an approaching harvest. We carried out the works from a field to a finished cold store full of crop in a unbelievable 12 week program to the day. As we left the site the entire storage facility was full to its capacity. All works carried out by us to ensure we hit program and time constraints. Other contractors quoted a minimum of 35 weeks to carry out the project but when it needs to be done, we understand it needs to be done.
Bradleys were approached by the Port of Mostyn to Design & Build of a 12,000ft2 insulated storage facility with associated handling yards. We worked directly with the Client to deliver the project within budget and timescales using our in-house drawing, fabrication and construction teams. The building serves a variety of tenants operating and servicing Offshore windfarms which features a central partition, internal offices and mezzanine floors for secure, economic storage. We also undertook all civils & drainage and constructed access roads, security fencing and waste disposal areas ready for the Tenants to move in.
