About from company website
Bishop & Smith is a painting and decorating company founded by childhood friends Tom and Chris, who aimed to combat poor service and quality in the industry. Tom brings 20 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a focus on attention to detail and property knowledge, while Chris contributes over 10 years of customer service experience and 10 years in the decorating industry, developing strong hands-on skills and product knowledge. They combine their expertise to deliver a high-quality service with a strong customer focus and competitive pricing.
The company prides itself on careful business operations and attention to detail, ensuring no unnecessary costs. Bishop & Smith is passionate about providing a service that should be standard for the public: delivered on time, every time, and always with the client at the forefront. The company offers a range of services including interior painting and papering, exterior maintenance, and specialist projects.
They also provide an "Intelligent Colour Preview Service" to help clients visualise colour choices before application, and an annual exterior joinery maintenance inspection and touch-up service to protect investments. Additionally, they offer telephone consultations and online self-paced tutorials through their partner site, Vital Canvas, to empower clients with decorating knowledge.
