Managed electrics and replacement of a large part of the heating system. Included extra sound proofing and sourcing new bricks to blend with existing brickwork.

Built a stone terrace with reclaimed stone, converted a bay window into French doors opening onto the terrace, and fitted a new kitchen. The kitchen work included removing an internal wall and laying a new wooden floor.
