Belmark Homes is a privately owned company specialising in the construction of high quality homes within Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. We manage our projects from start to finish, enabling control over design and quality. Our homes are built for the future, with a focus on reducing carbon footprint and running costs through the incorporation of the latest materials and technologies, including renewable energy products like ground source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.

We recognise the importance of working with the local community during the planning and construction stages to minimise inconvenience. We build our homes in desirable locations, ranging from bespoke new houses to the restoration of historic buildings, with specific emphasis on sympathetic and innovative design, high quality materials and sustainable solutions. We understand that buying a home can be stressful, so we aim to make the process as easy as possible, offering a choice of finishes and providing excellent after-sales service.

We are currently seeking new sites for development in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, with or without planning permission, and have the expertise to work with landowners on a joint venture basis.
